Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Comfortable with and experienced in delivering teletherapy services
- Familiarity with school-based programs, IEP processes, and documentation requirements
- Strong communication, organization, and digital competency
- Prior experience in educational environments is a plus
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address unique communication needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in person and via teletherapy
- Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes and reports
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student outcomes
- Adapt therapy modalities to suit remote or on-site environments as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights regarding student care
