The assignment runs from July 27, 2026, through June 4, 2027, and involves a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association is preferred.
- Must hold a G License from the NC Department of Public Instruction.
- Eligibility for, or current license from, the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
- Prior experience in a school setting is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide planning, implementation, and oversight of speech-language therapy services for students.
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, administer assessments, and diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to advise on strategies and interventions.
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in multidisciplinary meetings as required.
- Support students’ educational goals and help create positive communication outcomes.
