Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid Connecticut SLP license
- Clinical Fellow (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) considered
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality services to students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech and language therapy to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress records in compliance with school requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Support a specialized or elementary student caseload based on chosen work schedule
