Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible CFY considered
- Experience with pediatric populations, ideally within a school context
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to determine the presence and extent of speech, language, voice, and fluency impairments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy and support services to students ages preschool through high school
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student learning and participation across environments
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, student support teams, and school-wide initiatives
