Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Westerville, Ohio

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also encouraged to apply
- Active SLP state license
- Experience working in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings, especially with K-12 populations, preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver targeted speech and language interventions
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide therapy sessions individually and in small groups for children with diverse speech and language needs
- Maintain compliance with required documentation and school policies
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
