Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Active SLP license or eligibility in Ohio
- CCC-SLP, CFY, or strong pediatric experience preferred
- Background in school-based or healthcare SLP settings is beneficial
- Comfort adapting interventions for a diverse K-12 population
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to complete documentation efficiently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students across grades K-12
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
- Track student progress, adjusting interventions and strategies as needed
- Provide consultation and training to educators and families
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state requirements
