Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pickerington, OH

Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active SLP license for the state of Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
- Previous experience in school-based SLP, particularly in pediatric populations
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, student assessments, and goal setting
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site speech and language therapy services to students in elementary and middle school
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language screenings and evaluations as required
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students’ goals
- Maintain organized and timely documentation for all services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for multidisciplinary team planning
- Provide guidance and support for language and communication development within a school environment
