Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Current Indiana state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience working with K-12 students in educational settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- High level of adaptability when working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students across K–12 grade levels
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to deliver well-coordinated services
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and manage caseload in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
