Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Indiana SLP license
- DOE Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or ability to supervise an SLPA
- Previous background working in a school, especially with Early Childhood/PreK, preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services for Early Childhood/PreK students
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to support student goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
- Supervise, mentor, and assist the SLPA to ensure the highest quality of service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports as required by district and state guidelines
