Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Sheridan, IN

Key Qualifications:
- Active Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Experience in school settings or pediatric populations preferred
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive speech/language evaluations and therapy
- Familiarity with IEP processes and goal development
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to work onsite throughout the school year
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates as well as experienced SLPs
- Teletherapy experience a plus, though not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Perform assessments and evaluations to inform service delivery
- Develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals and monitor student progress
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and consult regularly with teachers, administrators, and families
- Adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs and learning modalities
