Step into a dynamic role supporting early learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. You’ll work a consistent 35-hour workweek, focusing on fostering communication skills in young children while also providing guidance to an experienced SLPA.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Indiana SLP license and DOE Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Proven ability and eligibility to supervise an SLPA
- Experience working in early childhood or PreK settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to Early Childhood/PreK students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Monitor progress and document outcomes to support student goals
- Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring best practices and professional growth
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate speech supports across learning environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive care planning
