Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
- Prepare and manage all related documentation, including Review and Revision (RDR) reports and IEP writing.
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language needs.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, educators, and related service providers.
- Potentially supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
- Maintain accurate, timely daily service logs and paperwork to support compliance and timesheet approval.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing.
- Valid Georgia Educator License with SLP certification.
- Proven experience in school-based speech-language pathology.
- Prior supervision of SLPAs is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, reliability, and effective time management.
- Ability to work 7.5 hours per day during school hours in a structured schedule.
