Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active State of Connecticut SLP-CCC license (required)
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and student intervention planning
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage time effectively in a school environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to assigned caseloads at: • Green-Hills PreK (08.24.2026 – 11.13.2026) • Chippens Hill Middle School (08.27.2026 – end of November) • Mountain View (08.27.2026 – 11.23.2026)
- Conduct assessments and document progress according to student IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication needs
- Complete accurate reports, maintain records, and participate in team meetings
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local special education regulations
