Schedule and assignment details:

  • Serve a diverse PreK-12 grade caseload, offering you the variety and challenge essential for professional growth.

Ideal candidates bring:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Connecticut.
  • School-based SLP experience, or a strong interest in working in educational environments.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with a range of speech and language needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability.
  • Strong documentation, progress monitoring, and organization capabilities.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language screenings, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Collaborating with educators, school staff, and families for holistic student support.
  • Developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans and goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress.
  • Supporting students across all age and ability levels on your assigned caseload.
