Ideal candidates bring:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Connecticut.
- School-based SLP experience, or a strong interest in working in educational environments.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with a range of speech and language needs.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability.
- Strong documentation, progress monitoring, and organization capabilities.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language screenings, assessments, and therapy sessions.
- Collaborating with educators, school staff, and families for holistic student support.
- Developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress.
- Supporting students across all age and ability levels on your assigned caseload.
