This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is positioned just outside Fargo and will engage you in meaningful work throughout the 2026-2027 academic year, culminating in June 2027.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in North Dakota
- Experience with school-based services for PreK-12 learners preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Adaptability and passion for supporting young learners with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and diagnostic services for PK-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Consult with teachers, special educators, and parents
- Support IEP (Individualized Education Program) development and implementation
- Maintain thorough and timely records and progress notes
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on intervention strategies
