Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid or eligible for North Dakota licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred; new graduates with clinical competence welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Partner with classroom staff and families to generalize therapy strategies for academic and social success
