Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Valid state licensure meeting North Dakota requirements

- Experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based speech-language interventions for students PK-12
- Maintain thorough documentation and regularly track progress toward IEP goals
- Consult with staff and families to support student communication needs throughout the school day
- Adapt therapeutic approaches for different ages, abilities, and classroom environments
- Provide guidance and resources for teachers to reinforce communication growth in the classroom
