Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license for the state of Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Skilled in IEP development and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide both direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Document progress, prepare evaluation reports, and maintain records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success across settings
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development as required
