Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid or eligible Pennsylvania state licensure
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Support integration of therapy goals into the classroom setting
