Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible state licensure for SLP in a school-based setting
- CCC or CFY status welcomed
- Demonstrated experience or passion for working in schools with K-21 students
- Knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) tools and strategies is highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services as outlined in students’ IEPs
- Complete thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Integrate AAC technology for students with complex communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing recommendations for services
- Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment that empowers every learner
