Qualifications:
- Valid North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Prior experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in K–12 students
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in-person and via teletherapy
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
