The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, aiming for approximately full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide individualized therapy to preschool students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Deliver services in-person, with potential incorporation of teletherapy methods when appropriate.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Experience working in school settings, healthcare, pediatrics, or teletherapy.
- Eligibility for or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage young children effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation.
