Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in school settings is highly valued
- Commitment to working on-site in an engaging, collaborative environment
- Ability to manage a school caseload and adapt therapeutic techniques to a diverse student body
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy and consultative support to students, teachers, and families
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention planning
