The role is onsite, working approximately 32 hours per week, from now through the end of the school year.
What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active (or eligible) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Skills in collaborating with special education teams and diverse student populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with at-risk or special education students is preferred
In this role, you will:
- Partner with Special Education Teachers to plan daily schedules, coordinate assessments, and prepare for annual IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate caseload lists and ensure efficient recordkeeping for the Special Education team
- Deliver individualized, evidence-based speech and language services in various settings, including resource rooms and inclusion classrooms
- Engage closely with school staff and families to monitor progress and help students achieve IEP goals
