Key Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Experience in pediatrics, school-based speech therapy, or healthcare environments strongly preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus, though this role is onsite
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to craft effective IEP goals and work respectfully with diverse populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for K-8 students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy services and track student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain comprehensive records and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage in ongoing professional development and access mentorship from a dedicated Clinical Advisory Team
