In this role, you will:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches
Qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure with ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility; SLP-CFYs welcome
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative attitude
