What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Active Connecticut SLP-CCC license (required)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication abilities
- Ability to work onsite across nominated school locations
- Reliable and collaborative within a multidisciplinary educational team
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing direct speech-language therapy to students in PreK and middle school settings
- Assessing, diagnosing, and delivering interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Maintaining precise records of therapy sessions and progress
- Implementing evidence-based treatment plans
- Supporting a positive, inclusive school environment
