School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Waterbury, Connecticut

These contract opportunities are ideal for motivated professionals ready to provide expert onsite care in partnership with dedicated school teams.
Your role will be essential in fostering student growth at select PreK, middle, and elementary school campuses. You’ll enjoy consistent, full-time hours and the opportunity to build strong relationships with students, families, and fellow educators.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut SLP-CCC license required
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams
- Genuine passion for working with school-age populations
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, onsite contract roles (35 hours per week)

- Chippens Hill Middle School: 08.27.2026 – end of November
- Mountain View Elementary: 08.27.2026 – 11.23.2026
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy, conduct assessments, and document student progress
- Develop IEP-driven goals and participate in team meetings
- Engage with families and staff to optimize student success
