Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist - Washington, DC

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population.
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports consistent with school policies.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to improve communication skills and academic performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), including CFY credentials.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school and healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery is a plus.
- Strong understanding of speech-language development from early childhood through adolescence.
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and work collaboratively within school teams.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $40 to $55, commensurate with experience.
