Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Warwick, RI

Ideal candidates will thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Caseloads typically target around 60 students, though flexibility is key, as some assignments may temporarily serve higher numbers due to evolving needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC and active eligibility for (or possession of) RIDE PK-12 SLP Certification
- Experience working in a school-based setting, with comfort navigating IEPs, assessments, and AAC/assistive technology
- Successful track record collaborating with educators, families, and diverse student populations, particularly in multicultural or multilingual communities
- Commitment to data-informed therapy, documentation, and teamwork
- Adaptability to fluid caseloads and passion for advocating for equitable student communication outcomes
What you’ll do:
- Deliver evidence-based direct therapy services to PK–12 students
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Set up and manage AAC/assistive technology devices
- Liaise with families and teachers, guiding learning strategies and offering support
- Maintain organized, timely documentation for compliance
