Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • State SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience or strong interest in working with moderate to severe and behavioral needs preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative teamwork
  • Ability to provide therapy, conduct assessments, and create effective treatment plans tailored to diverse students

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to K-8th grade students with a variety of needs
  • Manage a caseload focused on students with significant behavioral challenges
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s success
  • Participate in regular meetings, professional development, and ongoing learning
