Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Warrenton, Virginia

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Previous experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and in-person services
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with educators, families, and students
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs within the elementary population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative services as appropriate
- Maintain organized records for documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the design of supportive intervention strategies
- Split schedule between one to two campus locations as needed
