Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in elementary schools
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and staff
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication needs for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs and educational goals
- Deliver therapy through in-person and teletherapy modalities as appropriate
- Maintain compliance with all documentation, data tracking, and reporting standards
- Support IEP team meetings with expertise and student progress updates
- Consult with teachers and parents to facilitate classroom carryover and generalization of skills
- Provide professional recommendations for student success and continued progress
