Key Qualifications and Credentials:
- Current and valid SLP certification required
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) strongly preferred
- Experience or interest in working with elementary students, K-5
- Ability to collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a dedicated K-5 caseload
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain up-to-date student records
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support students’ communication goals in both individual and group settings
- Engage in regular collaboration with educators and support staff
- Provide consultation and recommendations to families and staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
