Key Qualifications:
• Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Strong experience providing speech and language services in school-based environments
• Familiarity with elementary caseloads and supporting diverse student populations
• Ability to develop and carry out Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to collaboration with general and special education staff
• Comfortable providing services to non-public school students as district supports
Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-age students
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, review, and implement IEPs in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Consult with teachers, other clinicians, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and required reports
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
• Travel between elementary school sites and assigned non-public schools, as needed
