Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Waller, Texas

Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license in TX.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.
- Experience with pediatric populations and familiarity with school-based services.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to assess, create, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Commitment to maintaining records, progress notes, and compliance with documentation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload across five days per week (37.5 hours).
- Conduct speech/language evaluations, generate reports, and participate in eligibility meetings.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in coordination with teachers and parents.
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and in-service training as needed for staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reporting student progress and adapting strategies for maximum impact.
