Speech Language Pathologist in Arlington, TX

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and school teams
- Engage in ongoing communication with families and staff regarding student progress and recommendations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation per school and compliance requirements
- Support the development of communication and social skills through direct therapy and consultative practices
- Utilize a variety of assessment tools and evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
