Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure, or ability to obtain prior to start
- Experience working in school environments is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

- Collect and maintain progress data, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students’ educational and developmental goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for students
- Offer consultative support and training to staff and caregivers as needed
