Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience providing SLP services in school settings strongly preferred
- Experience or interest in delivering teletherapy via digital platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing multiple student caseloads remotely
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency with virtual communication tools
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments virtually for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to student needs and IEP goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions while maintaining thorough documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student success
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support school teams
- Provide consistent progress reports and recommendations as required
