Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Vinton, VA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Holds current (or eligible for) VA SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status considered
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Skill in assessment, report writing, and individualized therapy sessions
- Comfortable overseeing IEP processes, evaluations, documentation, and meetings
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop, write, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Attend, participate in, and contribute to IEP and team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring
