Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments for a diverse student caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
- Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language therapy services across grade levels
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues to promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation aligned with state and district policies
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, team discussions, and student support processes
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid (or eligibility for) Virginia SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are warmly encouraged to apply
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and interprofessional collaboration
