Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain before starting
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort delivering individualized and group therapy sessions
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop effective treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs and documented goals
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed for continued student growth
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, families, and the onsite facilitator to ensure comprehensive support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued team member
