These positions offer flexibility in scheduling and diverse caseloads across elementary and intermediate school settings.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as an SLP; CCC-SLP strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage caseloads of 70-100 students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessment, intervention, and therapy for assigned caseloads
- Work closely with teachers and school staff to support students’ individualized needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and attendance
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
- Adjust therapy approaches based on student progress and feedback
- For multi-site roles, manage time and travel efficiently between school locations
