Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP certification required (SLPA may be considered for in-person roles)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Comfort working with caseloads ranging from 40–70 students
- Familiarity with AAC devices is a plus, though minimal usage expected
- Willingness to work with diverse age groups, from preschool to middle school
- Bilingual skills welcome (not required, but may customize role for the right candidate)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language services to assigned students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation
