School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Valparaiso, Indiana

Two roles are available, both full-time (onsite only) with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, beginning August 12, 2026, and continuing through May 26, 2027. Depending on your assignment, you’ll provide services in either one elementary and one middle school building, or across two middle school buildings. Caseloads range from 45–55 students, ensuring meaningful connections and a supportive environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC certification required
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Experience with both elementary and/or middle school student populations
- Proficiency in evaluation, development, and implementation of individualized education programs
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to onsite service delivery throughout the school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 45–55 students, delivering engaging, evidence-based therapy
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop student-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain detailed records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Foster positive communication abilities and confidence in young learners
