Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP licensure
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to independently manage a K-6 caseload
- Strong collaboration skills with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Comfortable providing both individual and group therapy sessions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-6 students
- Develop and implement IEPs, tracking therapy progress and adjusting strategies as needed
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with students’ goals and IEPs
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely to ensure holistic student support
