Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license in Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
- Experience working with children in school settings, especially elementary grades
- Familiarity with IEP procedures, progress monitoring, and collaborative team approaches
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for K-6 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ progress
- Document assessments, interventions, and student progress accurately and timely
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide consultation and training to staff as needed
