Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Pennsylvania state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Experience working in school settings with K-6 populations strongly desired
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct and indirect services, both individual and group, as outlined in IEPs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions
- Offer education and strategies to staff and families to generalize communication skills beyond the therapy room
