Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for School Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
- Previous experience in pediatric, school, or teletherapy settings
- Familiarity with elementary student needs, K-4 caseloads, and IEP processes
- Comfort with a range of service delivery models, including in-person and remote/teletherapy
- Collaborative spirit to work alongside teachers, parents, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth speech/language assessments for K-4 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Document accurate progress and maintain IEP compliance
- Deliver engaging therapy, supporting language, articulation, and social communication skills
- Provide consultation and resources for teachers and families to promote student success
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
