Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Norristown, PA

Key qualifications & experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility)
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in working in school settings, particularly with elementary populations
- Comfort with various service delivery models, including in-person and teletherapy
- Pediatric experience and the ability to individualize support plans
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members
What you’ll do:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention for students in grades K-4 with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), setting measurable and achievable goals
- Consult with educators and families to facilitate student progress
- Collect data, maintain accurate records, and monitor students’ progress
- Adapt therapy approaches for teletherapy when required
- Participate in school meetings, workshops, and staff development activities as a valued collaborative member
- Support a positive, student-centered environment focused on growth and engagement
