- Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary-age students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with educational goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education team members, and parents to support student progress
- Document interventions, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with faculty on strategies and accommodations to enhance student communication in the classroom
